Warranty
Most products carry a manufacturer or shop warranty. Here’s how it works and how to make a claim.
Warranty period
Each product lists its own warranty period on the product page (for example, “12 months”). The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal use during that period.
What’s not covered
- Physical, liquid or accidental damage.
- Damage from incorrect installation, power surges, or unauthorised repairs.
- Normal wear, and consumable parts where applicable.
How to claim
Contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please keep your invoice — it’s your proof of purchase and warranty start date. We’ll guide you through testing, repair or replacement depending on the product and fault.
